Order Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel an order anytime before it has been shipped by us. Or, within 7 days of delivery, as per the return time-frame applicable.

For any applicable refund for products before it is shipped, it will be made via netbanking within 3 days.

Any order that is cancelled after it has been shipped by us, we will make the refund for the amount due within two weeks of receiving the products back and verifying that it is in original condition. Refund will be made through netbanking. 

Products will be delivered within 7 days of placing the order. 

 

GemStella accepts VISA, Mastercard, NetBanking and Cash on Delivery as payment options for purchases.

 

Discounts and Special Promotions

 

In case you have used a discount code while placing the order and now wish to cancel it, the refund will be made equivalent to the amount paid by you with courier charges for onward and return delivery deducted.

Once the order is cancelled, any discount code used remains expired and cannot be applied on a fresh order.

While we take requests for partial cancellation of an order, that is of one item from a multi-item order, the refund rules as per the above table shall apply. Also, the shipping charges will not be refunded in case of partial cancellation.
